For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Occupational Pension (LPP) Administrator FR / GER for a permanent position between 80% and 100% based in the canton of Vaud. The person will join the Occupational Pension Management department of the organization.Senior Occupational Pension (LPP) Administrator FR / GEROur client is a reputable independent company specializing in expertise, consulting, and management of occupational pension institutions for Swiss companies and within the Occupational Pension Management department;- Autonomous management of active insured persons and beneficiaries and processing of files;- Constitution, processing, and follow-up of files (EPL, divorce, pension beneficiaries, etc.);- Processing of individual cases of retirement, death, etc.;- Drafting of correspondence;- Advising clients, insured persons, beneficiaries, and third parties by phone and email;- Monitoring of payments, possibly entering accounting entries;- Preparation of management reports and establishment of statements;- Checking work done by colleagues, support in case of questions;- Reporting to clients and Management;- Liaison with other internal departments;- Participation in office life.Profile- Degree in pension fund management or federal diploma as a specialist in personnel pension provision as an asset;- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in LPP management in Switzerland;- Good command of tools (MS Office);- Bilingual French / German;- Knowledge of English as an asset;- Person capable of working autonomously, precisely, and conscientiously;- Good writing skills;- Sense of service and contact, knowing how to demonstrate discretion and team spirit.Conditions and Benefits- A varied activity in a dynamic structure;- The possibility to get involved and participate in projects;- A pleasant work environment, parking space available;- Flexible hours and possibility of teleworking;- Attractive social and salary conditions. jid1ef59e5aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
