On behalf of our client, we are looking for a SENIOR Production Planner at 100%Proven experience in production, scheduling, and WATCHMAKING. Serious, good understanding of flows, proven experience with ERP and planning tools. Sharp analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to communicate and work in a fluid manner, ability to work in a reactive environment, decision-making skills, sense of organization, and ability to lead activities in accordance with quality and deadlines.- Establish detailed production plans with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) manager, synchronize and implement everything necessary to meet MPS objectives and industrial priorities.- Coordinate and analyze flows from raw materials to the assembled level.- Guarantee the adjustment of resources according to production capacities and workload plans, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective action plans.- Design, develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and dashboards (Service rate, plan adherence, stock coverage).- Where applicable, lead, support, motivate, and develop the team (1 person).- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and tools.- Ensure the reliability of planning parameters (Lead times, batch sizes, safety stocks, frozen horizons). jidbe8151daen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
