As part of the development of its services, the company Crans-Montana Food and Beverage SA is looking for:Senior Marketing Specialist (M/F) at 100%, Permanent ContractYOUR MISSIONS:- Act as a spokesperson for the Crans-Montana ski area and as needed- Manage external communications for the ski area, including crisis management and messaging, while minimizing risks- Develop a proactive media and communications plan to promote the ski area to customers and obtain broad and targeted coverage- Develop and execute thoughtful and impactful media campaigns- Evaluate, manage, and execute the hosting of media and influencers in the ski area, including the creation of itineraries, angles, and article proposals, on-site hosting, and the creation of moments to obtain earned coverage- Develop media tools, including press releases, fact sheets, talking points, scripts, and media coverage tracking- Build and maintain essential relationships with General Managers and leadership teams, serve as a key resource for them, and develop messages supporting their goals internally and externally- Use strong writing skills to bring the brand to life across a variety of channels and media- Be on the front line in managing communications and addressing the needs of various stakeholders- Oversee all social media channels for the ski area by leading a team to develop a content production calendar, capture and share authentic and engaging content, and conduct effective community management- Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and deliverables- Manage communications budgets for the ski area with internal and external stakeholders across the region- Lead the Crans-Montana communications team by creating a positive and proactive work environment- Work closely with the communications team and the entire Vail Resorts team, as well as with the ski area marketing team to ensure brilliant executionPROFILE:- Degree required, preferably in Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing- More than 7 years of experience in an external communications or public relations role- On-site presence required at the Crans-Montana ski area, especially during the ski and snow sports season- Strong leader and manager, driven by the desire to develop talent- Excellent writer capable of drafting nuanced communications on a variety of topics- Develops thoughtful and innovative ideas- Capable of seamlessly executing multiple overlapping projects at once- Autonomous person able to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity effectively, who decides and acts without having a fully defined vision and adapts their strategy in response to new information, moves things forward, and conveys a sense of urgency- Experience with all forms of external communications channels, particularly media and social networks- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to work with people from various cultures and fields- Team spirit, aims for collective success- Travel may be required- Language proficiency: English and French, German is a plusOUR OFFER:- An exceptional environment- Social benefits of a large company- Varied work within a prestigious ski areaOUR BENEFITS:- Ski pass provided on-site (value included in salary and subject to social charges)- Ski equipment review- Possibility to join the CMA Amicale- Discounts in several establishments in the region (restaurants, wellness center, ...)- Parking every 5 years- Start date immediately or to be agreed upon, depending on the opening of the ski areaIf you are looking for an exciting new professional challenge, please send us your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates) via the application link.Deadline: June 30 jid2b5125baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
