SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for Capri-Sun’s global internal and external communications and support the continued development of our communication approach. You will play a key role in supporting and strengthening Capri-Sun's reputation through impactful internal and external communication.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will not only define direction, but actively create content, develop ideas and drive communication initiatives forward.

We are looking for a proactive and creative communicator who brings new ideas, challenges the status quo and continuously improves how we communicate.

You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor while being directly involved in day-to-day communication activities.

You will lead a small, established team of two, guiding and developing team members while remaining actively involved in execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and implementation of Capri Sun’s global corporate communications approach in line with business priorities
  • Develop creative communication ideas, narratives and formats for internal and external audiences
  • Own day-to-day global media relations activities, including proactive media engagement, preparation of media materials and management of external inquiries
  • Support senior leadership, including the CEO, on positioning and communication topics
  • Lead and develop a small team of two, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day work
  • Drive external communications and media relations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify communication opportunities and topics, bringing in new ideas and perspectives
  • Shape communication around complex or sensitive topics with clear and balanced messaging
  • Translate business and regulatory topics into simple, compelling communication
  • Ensure consistent communication across markets and support local teams
  • Plan and deliver internal communication, including formats such as town halls
  • Oversee issue-related communication as part of broader corporate communications
  • Track communication effectiveness using clear KPIs and regularly report to Executive Management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications in an international environment
  • Strong media instincts and judgement with proven experience in managing external communications and working with journalists
  • Ability to anticipate media dynamics, handle sensitive information and ensure disciplined and well-controlled messaging
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex or sensitive situations
  • Fluency in English and German, French is a plus
  • Strategic, hands-on and results-driven with a structured and resilient working style
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven communication management
  • Experience in FMCG / food & beverage is a plus
