We operate throughout Europe and are always near you.Senior M365 / Exchange Engineer (f/m/d)On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Senior M365 / Exchange Engineer (f/m/d) charged with preparing, securing, and evolving a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment with significant architectural challenges. Responsibilities:- Design and implement the hybrid Exchange architecture between on-premise and Exchange Online environments.- Prepare, secure, and evolve Exchange and Microsoft 365 in the context of hybrid project.- Administer identity-related components tied to the Exchange environment, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect, ensuring consistency.- Execute partial mail migration tasks, as well as define and implement MFA and Conditional Access policies.- Support project teams by contributing both upstream on design and engineering, and downstream on operations, support, and knowledge transfer.Profile:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with confirmed senior expertise in Exchange and hybrid Microsoft 365 environments.- Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and the design of hybrid Exchange architectures.- Strong skills in identity services and infrastructure associated with Exchange, including Active Directory, forests, trusts, GPO, DNS, Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect.- Good mastery of email and access issues, including modern authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, Secure Score, and management of PowerShell applied to Exchange, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph environments.- Ability to perform tasks while understanding network and infrastructure aspects, including proxy, firewall, and hybrid flows, with the capacity to work on both upstream architectural aspects and downstream delivery.Conditions:- Attractive working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Potential development: wide range of training and personal development opportunities offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Job number: QDPQW465Kevin Brosse | Bechtle Switzerland SABechtle Switzerland SA has certified skills in the areas of: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
