We are present throughout Europe and always close to you.Senior M365 / Exchange Engineer (f/m/d)On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a senior M365 / Exchange engineer (f/m/d) responsible for preparing, securing, and supporting an M365 and on-premise environment as part of a mission project.- Prepare and secure the M365 and on-premise environment as part of a hybrid project.- Design and implement the hybrid Exchange architecture between the on-premise and Exchange Online environments.- Administer identity services, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect, including security mechanisms and implement security and access control policies, including MFA and Conditional Access.- Support project teams regarding architecture, engineering, and partial support during the implementation phase.Profile:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar areas.- Excellent mastery of Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and hybrid Exchange architecture.- Solid AD skills (including forests, trusts, GPO, and DNS) as well as knowledge in Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and identity security.- Good understanding of modern security, MFA, Conditional Access, and M365 security, including Secure Score.- Advanced skills in PowerShell within Exchange, AzureAD, and Microsoft Graph environments, as well as network management related to hybrid environments.- Ability to actively support architecture, engineering, and phases in a hybrid M365 project, with a knack for intervening in both design and proposal phases.Working conditions:- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a workplace pension plan.- Latest technologies and modern working environment.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a forward-looking sector.Job Number: DBWQD206Kevin Brosse | Bechtle Switzerland SABechtle Switzerland SA offers certified expertise in the fields of: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
