**Your Tasks:**

* Engineer, operate, and continuously improve shared Kubernetes platforms based on **Amazon EKS** and **Microsoft AKS**
* Enable application teams to successfully deploy, operate, and scale their workloads on the platform
* Maintain and enhance a portfolio of platform add-ons and supporting services
* Gather, evaluate, and implement customer and stakeholder feature requests
* Drive automation initiatives following a **GitOps-first** approach
* Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
* Contribute to platform security hardening and security best practices
* Support audits, compliance requirements, and governance initiatives
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to advance a modern cloud-native platform ecosystem

 

**Your Profile:**

* Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes in large-scale enterprise environments
* Strong experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
* Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation technologies such as YAML and ideally Golang
* Strong understanding of GitOps principles and experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
* Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize
* Familiarity with cloud-native tools such as Argo CD, Kyverno, Karpenter, Cilium, Grafana, and related ecosystem technologies
* Structured, independent, and delivery-oriented way of working
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
* Fluency in English and/or German
* Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
