You act as the central coordination point for stakeholders and ensure high-quality service operation aligned with ITIL standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain service documentation, catalogues, and operational proceduresOversee incident, problem, and change management workflowsAssess risks and ensure compliance with audits, access controls, and regulatory expectationsDrive continuous service improvements based on automation and ITIL principlesMonitor SLAs and maintain vendor/service performance standardsExpected ProfileYou have completed higher education in information technology, computer science or business administration and bring several years of current experience in IT service management within regulated environments, ideally financial services.
