Our client is a multi-family office based in Geneva.

## Job Description ##

* Integrate the Investment Department of the Company ;
* Develop and implement fixed income investment strategies tailored to client objectives and risk tolerance;
* Manage and oversee fixed income portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to investment guidelines;
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities in the fixed income market;
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk preferences, and investment horizons;
* Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, market outlook, and investment strategies;
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust;
* Monitor global fixed income markets, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments;
* Analyze interest rate trends, credit conditions, and yield curve dynamics to inform investment decisions;
* Stay abreast of regulatory changes and their potential impact on fixed income investments;
* Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard client portfolios against market volatility and credit risks;
* Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses to evaluate portfolio resilience under various market conditions;
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal risk management frameworks;
* Link with other internal departments;
* Participation in the day to day in the office.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred;
* Fluent in English, another language would be an asset;
* Minimum 10 years of experience in fixed income portfolio management, preferably within a multi-family office or private wealth management setting;
* Deep understanding of fixed income securities, including government bonds, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and structured products;
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships;
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities;
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
