## Job Description ##

The Senior Internal Audit Consultant - on-demand mandates will work on the following :

**Audit Planning & Execution**

* Execute risk-based audit engagements covering operational, financial, and compliance areas
* Define audit scope aligned with strategic objectives and risk priorities
* Apply operational audit with efficiency and efficacy objectives of performance improvement
* Apply agile audit methodologies and adapt approaches to context and maturity
* Deliver clear, actionable audit reports with practical recommendations



**Business Partnership**

* Build collaborative relationships with local and central teams
* Act as a trusted advisor on internal controls, risk management, and process improvement
* Support transformation initiatives in areas such as digital commerce, supply chain, ESG, and ethics



**Innovation & Technology**

* Use digital tools (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Sharepoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate) to enhance audit efficiency and insights
* Contribute to data analytics and continuous assurance initiatives
* Explore opportunities to integrate AI and automation into audit processes



**Follow-Up & Continuous Improvement**

* Monitor implementation of agreed action plans and report progress
* Promote internal control best practices and update risk management tools

## The Successful Applicant ##

The ideal Senior Internal Audit Consultant - on-demand mandates will bring the following background and experience :

* Operational internal audit expertise
* Business acumen gained through previous experience
* Understanding of an industrial entreprise organization, best practices, main business cycle and key corporate functions
* A sense of collective intelligence as well as artificial intelligence
* Professional judgement
* Strong knowledge of operational auditing, risk management, and internal controls
* Understanding of lean manufacturing, change management, and modern management methodologies
* Ability to interact with executives as well as employees
