Senior ICT Engineer – Microsoft Cloud & HybridThe Suva Clinics in Sion and Bellikon support people after an accident or illness on their path back to daily life, professional life, and greater autonomy. Our ICT contributes directly to this: stable systems, secure data, reliable and digital solutions that support medical, nursing, and therapeutic teams in their work. We are evolving our ICT: from environments historically built by site to a common, modern, and hybrid ICT for the Suva Clinics. At the center of this evolution: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, hybrid identities, modern management, secure access, and a cloud strategy. For this, we are looking for: an experienced technical personality, very comfortable in the Microsoft environment, and motivated to actively contribute to this transformation.What it is aboutYou work at the Sion site and are part of an ICT team active at both sites. Your area of expertise lies around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud services. You contribute to operating our current environment in a stable manner, evolving it, and gradually standardizing it. To do this, you work closely with the teams in Sion and Bellikon as well as with our partners.Senior ICT Engineer – Microsoft Cloud & HybridYour missions:- You operate and evolve our Microsoft and infrastructure environments, in particular Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server.- You contribute to the development of hybrid identities, secure access, and management processes.- You participate in backup, restore, and monitoring topics and help harmonize the ICT infrastructure between Sion and Bellikon and implement common standards.- You automate recurring tasks and make the environment more robust, transparent, and efficient.- You analyze incidents in a structured manner, identify causes, and implement sustainable solutions.- You participate in projects, for example in the area of cloud migration, access management, and system modernization.- You intervene in 2nd and 3rd level support and participate in the on-call service within the team.- You know how to situate network and security topics in the infrastructure and handle them with internal specialists and partners.What you bring- You are an experienced ICT Engineer with very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server.- You have experience with hybrid environments and you understand the interaction between cloud, local systems, identities, access rights, and secure access.- You know how to autonomously analyze complex technical situations, identify causes, and implement solutions.- You work in a structured manner, you document clearly, and you ensure that knowledge remains available within the team.- You have the ambition not only to operate existing solutions but to improve them, standardize them, and make them more stable in the long term.- You understand the main network and security topics in the infrastructure, for example VPN, firewalling, Aruba, or Palo Alto. You do not need to be a specialist in them.- You speak French very well. German or English is an advantage for communication between the two sites.- Your seniority is based on a solid education, relevant experience, and the ability to evolve demanding ICT environments in a secure manner.
