We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Senior IAM / SSO & Java Engineer (f/m/d)On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior IAM / SSO & Java Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring advanced support and the evolution of an identity platform, and development in a mission-critical environment.Mission- Provide N3 support on IAM / SSO solutions and handle complex incidents related to identity management and MFA.- Analyze SAML flows, identify root causes of malfunctions, and implement corrections through to production.- Intervene on existing Java code to correct anomalies, adapt certain processes, and support technical evolutions of the platform.- Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, contribute to deployments, and secure build and production release processes.- Participate in IAM platform evolution projects, including strengthening identity security, integrating new authentication services, and managing obsolescence.Profile- Higher education in IT with 5+ years of experience in IAM / SSO environments, ideally in critical or highly secure contexts.- Very good command of IAM, SSO, SAML mechanisms, identity management, and MFA; experience with PingAM or an equivalent solution is a plus.- Advanced level in Java allowing for reading, understanding, and modifying existing code as part of support and development activities.- Confirmed experience with CI/CD environments, Git, GoCD or equivalent tools, as well as scripting.- Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory directories and ability to collaborate effectively with various technical teams.- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, autonomy, service-oriented mindset, problem-solving approach, and French level C1 minimum.Offer- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the areas of: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
