## About Our Client ##
Our client is a Swiss Company based in Versoix.
## Job Description ##
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 HR Specialists across various HR functions.
* Supervise and ensure the delivery of day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business leaders on HR matters.
* Manage conflict resolution and employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
* Drive HR initiatives aligned with business needs, including talent management and organizational development.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with Swiss labor law.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting trust and transparency.
* Support change management and organizational transitions as needed.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience in HR Management role in Switzerland.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Ability to work closely with the business and adapt to a dynamic environment.
* Available immediately or on short notice.
## What's on Offer ##
