We are exclusively recruiting a Senior Housekeeper for a very high-end private residence belonging to a private family (UHNWI) based in the Geneva region.As a Senior Housekeeper, you will report directly to the Household Manager, who has been working with the family for several years. The primary place of work will be the residence located in the Geneva region. However, you must demonstrate flexibility to accompany the family during a 3 to 4-week summer trip to another location in Europe. Accommodation will be provided during this time. This is a full-time position (100%) offering a long-term opportunity within the framework of an open-ended contract (CDI). The position comes with a very competitive salary. No accommodation is provided at the primary place of work, but accommodation is covered during travel.Main responsibilities- Ensure the excellence of the residence by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.- Contribute to the impeccable maintenance of private and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and reception areas.- Supervise stocks of linen, cleaning products, consumables, and guest amenities, while anticipating replenishment needs.- Regularly check equipment and coordinate necessary maintenance interventions.- Guarantee constant quality by paying particular attention to details and finishes.- Participate in the daily organization of property activities and ensure fluid communication with the various staff and service providers.- Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of service.- Anticipate the family's needs and adapt with flexibility to a demanding private environment.- Respect in all circumstances the principles of confidentiality, discretion, and loyalty inherent to a private residence.Profile sought- Confirmed experience of several years in a similar role within a high-end private residence, with private families, or in luxury hospitality.- Excellent command of French and good understanding of English.- Legal right to work in Switzerland or in a European Union country.- Current residence in Switzerland or continental Europe (interviews will take place in person).- Keen sense of detail and high standards of quality.- Great discretion, reliability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a sense of service.If this opportunity interests you, we invite you to send your application.
