CONTEXT & MISSION:

The Senior Group FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensure the achievement of financial targets.

Within a team of 4 people and reporting to the FP&A Director, this position will involve financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. You will enhance the performance and control the complexity by challenging the status quo and offering new solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual figures, in close co-ordination with Group Consolidation & Accounting team
  • Coordinate and support Business Units in group reporting analysis, consolidate variance analysis and Business comments with all BUs and brand finance
  • Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively to Senior Management
  • Participate in the preparation of the management reporting, budgeting/planning and forecasting process of the group, including group level financial modeling and long term financial plans
  • Ensure the respect of deadlines, the accuracy and consistency of financial information (respect of Group accounting guidelines), and the quality of business analyses
  • Support to Brand Finance and BUs regarding instructions, calendar, reporting content, budget/forecast process
  • Participate to the building, testing and deployment phase of new consolidation/reporting system and support project team, brands and BUs in successfully implement new tool
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve tools and efficiency. Implement best practices for cost management and reporting
  • Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions and challenges
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
  • +5 year's experience in a similar role in Corporate Finance, ideally in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance with financial modeling skills, knowledge of IFRS is a plus
  • Excellent level on Excel and Power Point. Technical knowledge on TAGETIK or other reporting system is a strong plus
  • High level of autonomy and will to take ownership and drive
  • Highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to work with flexibility, quickly and accurately to challenging deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the senior management team
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international fast-paced environment with remote & multicultural teams
  • IT affinity related to finance tools
