Experienced Civil Geotechnical Engineer (Project Manager)Join our Geneva team and contribute to varied projects where your expertise, autonomy, and ability to find concrete solutions will make the difference.What you will do with us:- Management of varied geotechnical projects from site investigation and testing to design, dimensioning, and construction supervision for buildings, infrastructure, deep foundations, and special structures.- Development of conceptual geological and geotechnical models, analysis of structure behavior and soil-structure interactions, dimensioning of structures, and numerical modeling will be part of your activities.- Working directly with our branch manager, you will benefit from real freedom of action while being able to count on the support of a team.What you bring:- Expertise and solutions! You have confirmed experience in the management and steering of geotechnical projects. You possess solid knowledge in soil and rock mechanics as well as a good command of structural principles, allowing you to understand structures in their entirety and to handle soil-structure interactions.- You master calculation and numerical modeling tools (ZSoil and/or Plaxis) in order to develop reliable solutions adapted to field realities.- Responsibility and autonomy! You know how to manage your projects autonomously, coordinate the various stakeholders, and ensure technical, financial, and schedule monitoring.- You demonstrate critical thinking and are solution-oriented.- Exchange and communication!
