Firmly looking towards the future, we promote innovative working methods where artificial intelligence is thoughtfully integrated to multiply our efficiency.As a Senior FullStack Developer, integrated into the Product team, you will play a key role in developing our products within a global ecosystem, anticipating impacts on performance and other key missions will include:Tasks and Responsibilities:- Evolve within a complex ecosystem: Manage interconnected microservices (sales funnels, payment systems, CRM, emailing systems sending over a billion emails per year).- Model complex data flows and business processes to build solid and scalable foundations. Identify bridges to create between marketing and other departments.- Master the Test and Learn approach: Implement A/B tests and iterate quickly on functionalities.- Ensure the scalability of our products: Guarantee that the infrastructure can support significant traffic peaks and millions of transactions.- Integrate systemic thinking into all decisions: Understand how each software component fits into the overall ecosystem while anticipating impacts on performance and other microservices.- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and teams to prioritize issues, challenge solutions, and deliver useful and durable features.- Contribute to enhancing the collective technical level through sharing best practices.Required Skills “Must have”:- Backend Expertise: You perfectly master the X ecosystem for the backend.- Cloud & Serverless Architecture: You master AWS (or an equivalent cloud), particularly Lambdas, and you are familiar with Serverless architectures, microservices, and Event-Driven systems.- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You master Terraform to set up and maintain stable and scalable environments.- Software Quality: You don’t consider a feature to be complete if it is not covered by unit tests. Send us your CV anyway; we can help you upskill!Skills that could make a difference “Nice to have”:- Frontend Expertise: You have experience in creating front-end interfaces.- NoSQL: You have manipulated DynamoDB (or other NoSQL databases) and understand the stakes of data pipelines (ETL).- Emailing & Deliverability Expertise: You have experience with ESPs like X Blueshift, and domain techniques (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) hold no secrets for you.- Modern Technologies: You have experience with GraphQL to optimize exchanges between front and backend.
