For our client UBS Switzerland SA, we are looking for an experienced Event Manager for the Valais region immediately.Your tasks- Analysis of needs, joint definition of objectives and different event formats in collaboration with stakeholders within the bank.- Design, planning, and monitoring of marketing events for all bank segments.- Project responsibility from A to Z: from analysis and planning to implementation, including budget monitoring and the integration of content elements in an optimal live logic, ensuring a unique customer journey.- Analysis and reporting based on event KPI data to continuously optimize event performance.- Research and coordination of external service providers (venues, catering, technology); a good local network in Valais is an asset for effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders, including the briefing and supervision of speakers during event execution.- Management and supervision of hosts and hostesses during events.- Travel required for event execution (driver's license essential).Workplace: Valais, SionYour profile- Higher education in marketing and/or Event Management (HES, hotel school, or equivalent).- More than two years of experience in organizing prestigious events, preferably in the financial or luxury sector.- Strong customer orientation and excellent understanding of service standards.- Ability to work autonomously with a constant focus on quality and processes.- Strong affinity for digital and AI (knowledge of digital event tools as well as specific AI tools).- Strong analytical and conceptual mind, with an aptitude for transforming complex subjects into clear and structured content.- Availability in the evenings and on weekends.- French as a native language, very good knowledge of German and English.- Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Neat presentation.Are you a dynamic personality, accustomed to working autonomously as part of a team?
