### The Role ###
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. As the **Director of HR**, you will be the key architect and driver of the company-s global HR operations, working closely with leadership to establish scalable processes and foster a high-performance culture.
### Key Responsibilities ###
* Lead and oversee **Talent Management**, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and performance management.
* Design and implement **Compensation & Benefits** strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
* Drive **Learning & Development** initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability building.

### Candidate Profile ###
* Proven track record in **HR leadership** within the **pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector** (essential).
* Strong experience across **global HR operations** in a lean/small company setting.
* Demonstrated success in managing **end-to-end HR functions** without reliance on large teams.
* Hands-on expertise in **talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR systems rollouts**.
* Strategic mindset combined with the willingness to execute day-to-day operations.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at senior leadership level.
