This role builds, maintains and scales a developer tooling platform and CI/CD infrastructure used by hundreds of engineers, combining platform reliability work with supply chain security.

Tasks

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily
• Plan capacity, design runner architecture and keep the platform reliable under shifting load
• Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, including cluster state management across environments
• Advance supply chain security posture including SAST and artifact attestation
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, application and system layers

Profile

• Strong Kubernetes experience including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under load
• Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI experience is a plus
• Practical experience with GitOps, ideally with ArgoCD
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
• A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices
