You will own and scale the CI/CD and GitOps infrastructure that hundreds of engineers rely on daily, working across on-premises and cloud environments with a strong focus on security.

Tasks

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily
• Plan capacity, runner architecture and platform reliability under shifting load patterns
• Develop GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, including cluster state management across environments
• Advance supply chain security posture through SAST and artifact attestation
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across network, application and system layers

Profile

• Strong Kubernetes experience including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under load
• Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI experience is a plus
• Practical GitOps experience, ideally with ArgoCD
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
• Security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices, supply chain security experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to work across teams and document work clearly
