Job DescriptionYour missionAs a Senior Database Manager, you are responsible for the quality, consistency, and structure of our data in the ERP. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency of our internal flows, industrial performance, and the reliability of decisions. Responsibilities- Ensure compliance and consistency of article parameters in the ERP through regular control and auditing campaigns; manage and update the standard loop file; analyze the ranges to ensure their compliance.- Proactively identify and correct inconsistencies in the data.- Actively participate in massive updates via specific transactions of ERP, monitor and validate changes or developments related to transactions as a Master referent for internal teams.- Maintain and update Master reference documents and update articles, ranges in accordance with management rules.- Ensure the consistency of work instructions, in collaboration with the different sectors.- Ensure clear communication of developments, changes, and new articles to the relevant departments.- Monitor compliance with cycle times and transitions through established controls, manage and follow up on time tables.- Analyze workstations (set-up times, production) to ensure data reliability.- Be proactive in improving the configuration of ranges to accurately reflect the reality of technical data, ideally complemented by knowledge in finance and logistics, or cross-functional experience: technical, logistics, financial and in-depth knowledge of SAP, with several years of experience; Key User experience = confirmed experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.- Excellent mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).Required Skills- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex data-related issues with a strong focus on data integrity.- Analytical, autonomous, methodical, proactive, precise, and rigorous personality.Languages- FrenchWork Location- La Chaux de FondsContact Person- Magali Berthenand jid3f33fefaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
