We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.This position is to be filled inMissionIn multi-projects ranging from a few days to several months, alone or in a team:- You design and implement K2 solutions for our customers in stimulating environments. You make the most of the platform to provide professional and innovative solutions.- You act as a specialist in M365 tools for our customers and advise them on the implementation of their solution.- You support our customers in the choice and adoption of Microsoft and Nintex solutions. You enlighten them on technical aspects and governance.- You help our customers to specify their needs in terms of process automation or digitization. You facilitate workshops, you collect requirements, and you have the ability to work in a team and delegate to implement solutions.- You participate in pre-sales, the design of offers and the drafting of commercial proposals, and you contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.- Within the Morges branch, you work throughout the French-speaking Switzerland region.Your profile- 5 to 10 years of experience in the design and development of solutions on the K2 Five engine and later versions, as well as on Microsoft SQL Server, and ideally as many years of experience on M365.- Proven experience in the implementation of document management or intranet solutions, with SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Microsoft Teams.- Proven skills in web design (UX/UI, JavaScript, CSS) to design compelling interfaces in K2.- Experience with Power Automate and PowerApps, especially in integration with SharePoint and Teams, is a plus.- Business analyst profile, keen sense of customer service and consulting, eloquence, ease and ability to facilitate and transmit effectively.- Fluent French, good English.- Positive attitude, open to change and novelty, solution and quality oriented.
