As a senior compliance officer you will take care of the daily activities of the company from liaising with regulators to overseeing the compliance framework.

The position is to be based in The Bahamas or in Geneva.

Description

• Ensure the company's ongoing compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies;
• Act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies;
• Maintain and oversee the implementation of the compliance framework, including AML policies and procedures;
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure KYC, due diligence, and client onboarding processes;
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports and fillings in a timely manner.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance
• Excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework
• Bilingual in English
