• Supporting projects to implement new laws and regulations
• Supporting licensing procedures
• Participating in conferences and training sessions

Content

• Financial market law (Banking Act, Collective Investment Schemes Act, Financial Services Act, Financial Market Infrastructure Act, Financial Institutions Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act)
• Bank private law, general private law issues (notably contract law, property law as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law)
• DLT legislation (Federal Act to adapt federal law to developments in distributed electronic register technology)
• Data protection law
• Tax issues (especially QI, FATCA and AIA)

Requirements profile

In addition to a completed legal master’s degree, you ideally have initial professional experience in the areas of compliance, operational risk management and/or risk control at financial service providers. You have excellent German and preferably other language skills, possess a quick grasp, think in a networked way and do not lose overview even in hectic times. Besides a strong customer orientation, independent, careful, solution-oriented and reliable work is a matter of course for you. Since we regularly visit our clients, the position involves a certain amount of travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
