Thanks to your experience, you bring real added value in managing complex technical environments, handling critical incidents, and continuously improving our services. You intervene with autonomy, discernment, and team spirit while evolving with ease in a multi-client environment, where the ability to juggle different contexts, priorities, and levels of requirement is key.Your mission- Ensure the management and resolution of incidents with a proactive, structured, and service-oriented approach, in compliance with SLAs.- Take charge of level 2 and 3 incidents, by analyzing causes, proposing sustainable solutions, and intervening effectively on varied technical environments.- Implement technical changes and evolutions with rigor, taking into account the stakes and needs of the clients.- Escalate incidents when necessary while maintaining control of the follow-up and communication.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, processes, and tools by identifying concrete avenues for improvement (notably via automation).- Create and maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date technical documentation to strengthen knowledge sharing within the team.- Act as a referent on certain subjects and support less experienced colleagues when necessary.Your profile- Graduate in IT (CFC, ET, or equivalent).- You have more than 5 years of experience in a systems infrastructure / Cloud technician role, ideally in a service provider environment.- You have solid skills in Cloud, Windows / Linux servers, Active Directory, hosting solutions, as well as a good understanding of Azure environments, networking, and cybersecurity.- You are perfectly comfortable in a multi-client environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to varied technical contexts, manage several requests in parallel, and maintain a high level of service quality.- You are capable of quickly understanding the specificities of different clients, their constraints, their priorities, and their levels of requirement.- You are comfortable managing complex technical environments and know how to intervene autonomously, methodically, and efficiently.- You demonstrate a strong team spirit and do not wait to be told what to do to move projects forward.- You are recognized for your autonomy, your ability to step back, prioritize, and find concrete solutions in contexts that are sometimes urgent or complex.- You are solution-oriented and capable of researching, testing, and proposing relevant approaches when faced with new challenges.- You have a real desire for continuous learning, both on the technical level and in work methods, service quality, and tools.- You possess good communication skills, a developed sense of service, and active listening allowing you to understand client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams.- Rigor, responsiveness, stress management, reliability, and the ability to manage several priorities are part of your strengths.- You use artificial intelligence tools in your professional daily life.
