Your role


 

As a Senior Cloud Technician, you play a central role in the operation, evolution and optimisation of our clients’ Cloud infrastructures. Thanks to your experience, you bring real added value in managing complex technical environments, handling critical incidents and continuously improving our services.

You work autonomously, with discernment and initiative, while comfortably operating in a multi-client environment, where the ability to juggle different contexts, priorities and levels of demand is essential.

 

Your mission

 

  • Ensure incident management and resolution with a proactive, structured and service-oriented approach, respecting SLAs.
  • Handle level 2 and 3 incidents by analysing causes, proposing sustainable solutions and intervening effectively in varied technical environments.
  • Implement technical changes and evolutions rigorously, taking into account operational challenges and client needs.
  • Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining control over follow-up and coordination.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, processes and operational practices by identifying concrete optimisation opportunities (notably through automation).
  • Produce and maintain clear, structured and up-to-date technical documentation to strengthen knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Act as a technical reference on certain topics and support less experienced colleagues when needed.

 

Your profile

 

  • Degree in computer science (CFC, ET or equivalent training).
  • You have more than 5 years’ experience in a systems infrastructure / Cloud technician role, ideally in a service environment.
  • You possess strong skills in Cloud administration, Windows / Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualisation, hosting solutions as well as a good understanding of Azure, networking and cybersecurity environments.
  • You are perfectly comfortable in a multi-client environment, able to quickly adapt to varied technical contexts, manage multiple requests simultaneously and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • You can quickly understand the specifics of different clients, their constraints, priorities and expectations.
  • You are comfortable managing complex technical environments and know how to intervene autonomously, methodically and effectively.
  • You demonstrate a strong spirit of initiative and do not always wait to be told what to do to move things forward.
  • You are recognised for your autonomy, ability to take a step back, prioritise and find concrete solutions in sometimes urgent or ambiguous contexts.
  • You are solution-oriented and able to research, test and propose relevant approaches to new problems.
  • You have a genuine commitment to continuous improvement, both technically and in working methods, service quality and documentation.
  • You possess good interpersonal skills, a developed sense of service and active listening that allow you to understand client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Rigor, responsiveness, stress management, reliability and the ability to handle multiple priorities are among your strengths.
  • You use generative artificial intelligence tools in your professional daily work. You are comfortable identifying situations where these tools bring real value and naturally integrate them into your way of working.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, VMware, ITIL are an asset.
  • You are a native French speaker; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
