On behalf of a renowned engineering office in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (EPF/HES). Join a dynamic and expanding environment to play a key role as a Senior Civil Engineer (EPF/HES) – Lausanne. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating infrastructure projects from the design phase to completion, taking charge of all project phases: studies, submissions, tenders, and project management, carrying out technical diagnostics and ensuring sizing calculations for various structures. You will plan and monitor the progress of projects while ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and current standards. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure quality and consistency.Your profile and competencies: - Degree in civil engineering (EPF, HES or equivalent qualification).- Confirmed experience of 8 to 10 years in a similar position.- Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA) and common CAD/CAE software (AutoCAD, Revit, Cubus, AxisVM).- Perfect command of French (oral and written), with excellent writing skills for technical reports and calculation notes.- Knowledge of German or English (an asset).- Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to develop an activity and contribute to the long-term growth of the company.- Excellent analytical skills, synthesis ability, and capacity to propose relevant technical solutions.- Autonomous, proactive personality with an excellent sense of organization and ability to manage different phases of a project calmly.Details: - Permanent position in Lausanne at 100%.- Salary according to profile.- To be filled or to be agreed upon according to your availability. jid246ea12aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
