To accelerate our commercial development, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager capable of leading the conquest of the French-speaking market.Your roleYou will join a deliberately lean sales team, where everyone has a direct and visible impact. Your mission: to develop INGINIA's B2B commercial footprint across all of French-speaking Switzerland, with a strong priority on acquiring new clients. You will manage your sales cycle from end to end — from prospecting to closing — and you will draft your own commercial proposals. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.Your responsibilities- Actively prospect and generate your own pipeline in the French-speaking market (hunting, not just farming).- Pilot the complete sales cycle: software, hardware, service, and managed services.- Independently draft commercial proposals and contracts.- Build and maintain a network of clients and partners.- Contribute to INGINIA's value proposition and Go-to-Market strategy.- Establish your objectives, track your forecasts, and meet (or exceed) your quotas.Your profile- 5 to 8 years of commercial experience in IT, ideally in a service company (MSP, integrator, or similar).- Demonstrated track record: you can show concrete and regular results in similar commercial positions — not just activity, but won deals.- Very good knowledge of the French-speaking market: clients, partners, local dynamics.- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and managed services — you know how to speak technically to a buyer.- Strong appetite for acquiring new clients: you enjoy opening doors.- Autonomous in the drafting and management of your business.- Excellent communicator, comfortable with clients as well as internally.- Fluent in French, good level of English (offers and contracts in both languages).- Valid driver's license; Swiss work permit or B, C, or G permit.- Entrepreneurial spirit — we are looking for a champion.We are looking for an exceptional personality with a true winning spirit: you set ambitious goals for yourself and do what is necessary to exceed them.
