We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.Senior Business Analyst - Master Data & IAM (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleOn behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Master Data & IAM (f/m/d) responsible for contributing to the evolution projects of the information system surrounding digital identities, IAM, and master data.Mission- Collect, analyze, and formalize business and system needs related to master data and digital identities.- Write and prioritize features in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria in the product backlog.- Collaborate with stakeholders to align functional, technical, and business needs.- Coordinate and execute business testing campaigns as well as track anomalies and associated reporting.- Guarantee the quality of the solution with functional requirements and support the evolution of master data and IAM within the framework.Profile- Senior experience of 8 years or more in functional and business analysis on complex projects, with at least 3 years in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Experience in gathering needs, modeling AS-IS / TO-BE processes, and writing requirements in the form of User Stories.- Very good command of IAM, SSO, access management, digital identities, identity lifecycle, and business master data governance topics.- Ability to design data models and work on interoperability between master data and digital identities.- Excellent command of French, strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, and ease with varied stakeholders in an international environment.- Mastery of backlog and testing tools, with a real sense of autonomy, leadership, and priority management.Proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, IT Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
