This includes collecting functional and non-functional requirements.- Requirement Specification: Write detailed specifications that describe the functionalities of the cases, workflow diagrams, and technical requirements.- Technical aspects: Understand the source code to better grasp technical constraints and opportunities. Participate in drafting clear user stories for developers. Collaborate with them to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements. Participate in technical discussions to ensure quality.- Business process analysis: Create process models to visualize and analyze current and future workflows.- Existing analysis: Examine the current state to identify weaknesses, performance issues, architectural challenges, and opportunities.- Work closely with technical teams: Collaborate with developers, architects, and other technical team members to ensure that requirements are understood and achievable.- Stakeholder management: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are considered and to obtain their feedback.- Definition of solutions and testing: Participate in defining acceptance criteria and test case development. Work with testing teams to create test scenarios based on requirements.- Change management: Manage change requests and updates to requirements as the project evolves.- Support: Assist with final deliverables and provide support during the deployment of new solutions.
