As part of strengthening its IT teams, our client, a renowned banking institution X Geneva, is looking for a Senior Officer. This is a permanent position offering a demanding, structured environment with a strong focus on quality. Your mission Within the IT department, you will be responsible for the management, performance, and security of the bank's critical systems, in line with the requirements and responsibilities:- Management and maintenance of business applications - Monitoring of performance and continuous improvement - Incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Management of updates and access (provisioning/deprovisioning) - Implementation and monitoring of backup & recovery procedures - Inventory management and database management - Maintenance and updating of environments - Ensuring availability and security - Support for audits and compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with IT, security, and business teams - Contribution to business continuity and disaster recovery plans Your profile - Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing environments such as: - Microsoft Server - Active Directory / Entra ID / GPO - Microsoft SQL Server - SharePoint - Intune / MECM - Good knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure / Microsoft 365) - Experience in the banking or highly regulated environment (a plus) - Excellent level of professional English - Requirement: Residency in Switzerland (no remote work possible) Your qualities - Rigor and attention to detail - Analytical mind and problem-solving skills - Autonomy and proactivity - Team spirit and service orientation - Ability to thrive in a demanding and structured environment What we offer - Permanent position within a recognized player in the sector - A role with real impact - Stable, structured, and demanding environment - Varied and high-value technical projects: Geneva jid5813529aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
