We are looking for the future:Senior Accountant 80% to 100%Job Description- Maintenance of accounting and preparation of entries, account monitoring, updating the chart of accounts and cost centers- Responsible for the management of debtors, creditors, and payments- Management of collections- Preparation of VAT returns and various reconciliations (accounts, banks, projects)- Preparation of monthly and annual closings- Conduct the annual audit of accounts- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports- Ensure monitoring and compliance with the Internal Control System (ICS)- Contribute to the optimization of tools and processesRequired Profile- Holder of a federal diploma in finance/accounting or equivalent- Mastery of tools, particularly Excel and an ERP (Odoo is a plus)- Good knowledge of IPSAS standards and/or experience in real estate accounting constitutes an asset- Ability to work autonomously, with proactivity and a spirit of initiative- Precision and reliability in the execution of tasks- Resistance to stress, respect for deadlines- Languages: fluent French and very good knowledge of English, minimum B2We Offer- A dynamic and innovative work environment- A position fostering autonomy and responsibility- A stimulating and friendly work atmosphere with excellent working conditions- Start date: immediately or by agreement- Workplace: EPFL Park, EPFL campus, Lausanne – VDPlease attach your CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas jidbdedda7aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
