PHAR ACCOUNTING & HR SA, headquartered in Lausanne, is a modern and growing company whose main mission is to offer outsourcing of Human Resources and Accounting for the hotel and restaurant sectors.

To complete our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated person for the position of:

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for a portfolio of HoReCa mandates and independently carry out accounting tasks including:

• Entry and monitoring of creditors, debtors, cash, payroll entries, preparation of deferred tax assets (DTA).
• Depending on your profile: monthly and annual closings, preparation of financial statements, VAT returns, reconciliations, account reviews.

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (an advantage), or 5 years of experience in the field
• Experience in fiduciary services
• Ease in human contacts
• Initiative, analytical and synthesis skills
• Knowledge of accounting software (Crésus, Mirus) and common IT tools
• Sense of responsibility and organisation
• Flexibility and accuracy in work
• Management of deadlines and priorities
• Good stress resistance
