To strengthen our Finance team, for a position based in Boécourt, we are looking for an experienced Accountant. In this role, the Accountant ensures the proper and complete management of accounting on a daily basis and guarantees reliable monthly closures within the given deadlines. He/she actively participates in strengthening internal controls and improving processes to ensure the reliability of financial data and effectively support the group’s activities. Future responsibilities: - Maintain and ensure the updating of financial accounting (balance sheet and income statement) in accordance with current standards - Manage, track, and reconcile subsidiary ledgers - Prepare monthly closings and reports (balance sheet and income statement) in compliance with internal procedures and regulations - Manage expense reports, monitoring, and management across all Swiss entities - Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of internal controls, as well as the development of internal processes - Provide support and participate in the accounting activities of subsidiary entities Your profile: - Federal certificate in accounting or an equivalent degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment - Excellent mastery of general accounting of a group subsidiary based in Switzerland - In-depth knowledge of an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365, or equivalent) - Ability to meet monthly closure deadlines and work in a structured manner - Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, you know how to combine autonomy with teamwork while ensuring impeccable management of financial data Are you motivated by the desire to join a human-sized watchmaking group, currently developing, where expertise, commitment, and teamwork are at the heart of priorities?
