Senior Account Executive - French-speaking SwitzerlandWe are looking for a Senior Account Executive responsible for developing the French-speaking Swiss market by managing the entire B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while contributing to the optimization of commercial processes. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, a direct impact on company growth, and prospects for evolution towards managerial responsibilities.Our client is an innovative, fast-growing Swiss company specializing in business services and solutions designed to improve the employee experience in the workplace. As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive capable of driving commercial development and actively contributing to the structuring of commercial activity.MissionsCommercial Development- Develop a portfolio of new clients in the French-speaking market.- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing contracts.- Implement a proactive multichannel prospecting strategy with the support of internal teams.- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to meet growth objectives.Management of Commercial Activity- Participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes and sales methods to ensure the adoption of best commercial practices.- Ensure rigorous monitoring of activity in the CRM and provide the necessary reporting for performance management.Cross-functional Growth- Work closely with marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns.- Participate in the creation of client content and the sharing of market insights.- Represent the voice of the field to the various stakeholders of the company.Profile and Skills- 5 to 8 years of minimum experience in B2B sales with full cycle management.- Successful experience in developing new accounts in the French-speaking Swiss market.- Excellent ability to generate new opportunities and close sales.- Mastery of modern prospecting and pipeline management tools.- French C2 and professional English.- Ability to drive and mobility throughout French-speaking Switzerland (the position is based in the region).Additional Assets- Experience in business services, solutions related to the work environment, recurring services, or digital solutions.- Professional network developed among SME decision-makers.- Knowledge of German or Swiss German.- Previous experience in the optimization of commercial processes or the mentoring of junior profiles.Personality- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous, with the ability to develop long-term relationships of trust.- Analytical and rigorous approach to performance management.- Taste for growth environments where construction and continuous improvement are part of daily life.Conditions and Benefits- Fixed salary: CHF [Amount] to CHF [Amount] depending on experience.- Variable and uncapped bonus allowing for a total compensation of CHF [Amount] to CHF 150,000.- Company vehicle or travel allowance.- Entrepreneurial environment on a human scale with high visibility to management. jid32d5d29aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
