Hotel Beaulac is looking for a new employee who can identify with our mission and our values.Seminars - Banquets & SetupStart date: October 1stYour missionAs a Banquet staff member, you are a key element in the organization and success of our events (seminars, conferences, weddings, private receptions). You ensure the preparation, logistics, and setup of rooms according to the establishment's quality standards.Your responsibilities- Organize and supervise the setup of rooms (layout, furniture, technical equipment, decoration)- Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, service, reception)- Read and apply function sheets and guarantee their precise execution- Be the on-site point of contact for clients during events- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards- Anticipate logistical needs and manage unforeseen events with responsiveness- Ensure the tidying up and resetting of spaces after events- Participate in the continuous improvement of event processesYour profile- Confirmed experience in hospitality or events- Excellent organizational skills and priority management- Attention to detail and high standards in execution quality- Team spirit with a strong capacity for stress resistance and flexibility (evening/weekend hours)- Neat presentation and sense of customer service- Mastery of French (English or German is an asset)- Knowledge of high-end hotel standardsWe offer- A dynamic work environment by the lake- A professional and committed team- Varied and stimulating events- Opportunities for development within the establishmentDo you recognize yourself in this profile?
