Join the Logistics and Management team within the Geneva Cantonal Bank (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous bank. As the Security, Prevention, and Safety Manager, you define, implement, and supervise the bank's physical security policy. Responsible for protecting people, infrastructure, and assets, you anticipate threats, prevent risks, and ensure business continuity in the event of recognized incidents, leading a team of experts, strengthening interactions with other departments, and contributing to the development of skills. MissionsPhysical security & safety- Define and implement the bank's physical security and safety policy.- Ensure the protection of clients and staff across all sites.- Supervise access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and safety systems.- Prevent and manage sensitive incidents: intrusions, assaults, robberies, acts of violence.Prevention & risk management- Conduct regular risk analyses and propose action plans.- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (AEAI, OPA, LTr, SN EN standards, ISO, etc.).- Participate in updating emergency plans and business continuity plans.Management- Coordinate external stakeholders (security, maintenance, safety).- Manage security incidents and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.- Supervise access rights, badges, keys, and sensitive areas.- Lead projects in the area of security.- Train staff on security and prevention best practices.- Organize incident or robbery management exercises.- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.- Develop trust relationships with authorities, management, and external partners.ProfileTechnical skills- Confirmed experience (5-10 years) in physical security, safety, or risk management, ideally in the banking sector or a sensitive environment.- Excellent knowledge of safety systems (access control, video surveillance, alarms).- Mastery of Swiss safety standards and regulations.- Ability to analyze risks and manage sensitive situations.Personal qualities- Sense of confidentiality and impeccable integrity.- Excellent communication and management skills in sensitive contexts.- Leadership, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.- Rigor, and a high level of professionalism.Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, ideally in security, safety, risk management, or a related field.- Additional certifications appreciated, particularly in physical security, crisis management, MSST, ISO.Terms of employmentActivity rate: 100%Type of contract: indefinite durationWork location: GenevaStart date: as soon as possible Want to know more about BCGE as an employer?
