Within the Social Cohesion Department, the Local Social Work Sector is responsible for the area - Local Social Work at 90%. Within the Social Cohesion Department, the Local Social Work Sector deploys prevention actions, support, and integration for young people aged 12 to 25, particularly for those who face social, educational, or professional difficulties or who are distanced from support systems. The head of the Social Cohesion Department, the manager ensures the leadership of the sector, the supervision of a multidisciplinary team, and the development of programs linked to the needs on the ground and the objectives of the position is part of a local, proactive, and out-of-walls social work approach, which also includes the monitoring of youth measures conducted in connection with municipal, regional, and cantonal partners. In this capacity, you are, among other things, responsible for the following main tasks: Leading the Local Social Work Sector and ensuring the achievement of its objectives in line with the mission of the Social Cohesion Department. Participating in the definition and evolution of the sector's mission, contributing to projects and the development of a common culture within the department. Supervising, supporting, coordinating, and animating a team active in local social work, social permanence, measures, and professional integration. Planning and overseeing actions of presence out of walls, prevention, and socioprofessional support for the development of projects and the sector in connection with observed needs on the ground and the objectives. Presenting the sector to institutional partners and the network, notably the CSR, cantonal instances, educational establishments, police, and regional instances. Ensuring follow-up and financial management of the sector, including budgets, accounts, activity reports, and annual deadlines and reporting to the manager of the position requires HES or university education in social work, social pedagogy, psychology, or deemed equivalent in a systemic approach, confirmed experience in managing a multidisciplinary team and in conducting projects in the social field, in leading systems, integration measures, or initiatives aimed at young people, knowledge of issues related to youth, local social work, and the local and regional network. Excellent writing skills, strong analytical and synthesis capacity, ease in writing reports, assessments, notes, and documents. Ease in interpersonal relations, ability to unite a multidisciplinary team and build trust with diverse stakeholders; great team spirit and comfort in fieldwork, including in complex or changing contexts.
