We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious group for a Sector Manager H/F - Gastronomy & Hospitality. We are looking for a Sector Manager H/F - Gastronomy & Hospitality for a prestigious group in the luxury, hospitality, and gastronomy fields. After an introductory phase, you will be responsible for market development. Commercial Missions: Define and implement the business plan for Switzerland in close collaboration with development; ensure prospecting, advising, and selling to acquire new clients (BtoB) and develop market shares with existing customers.Brand Visibility: Organize and conduct regular sales tours throughout Switzerland. Represent the brand at events, develop networking, and increase the company's visibility, particularly in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors (HORECA).Management: Ensure the follow-up of orders and logistics in collaboration with the group's teams.Reporting and Follow-Up: Use the group's tools (CRM, ERP), carry out regular reporting of commercial activity, and ensure the achievement of set annual and monthly objectives.Travel: Adopt an intensive travel routine across all Swiss Cantons, taking into account geographical specifics and seasonalities.Profile: With a degree in BtoB sales, you have a proven successful track record of a minimum of 5 years in managing and developing a sector in Switzerland.Sector Expertise: Strong affinity and knowledge of the HORECA market, gastronomy, and hospitality.Field Presence: You are a field-oriented person, highly motivated for sales, and capable of interacting with a high-level and diverse clientele (Executive Directors, gastronomy personalities, business owners/food professionals, etc.).Market Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the Swiss market, with appreciated sensitivity to French culture and market.Language Skills: Due to the extensive territory to cover and the size of the group, proficiency in German, English, and French is essential.
