What you can contribute

  • Play a central role in structuring and coordinating the management of the section, by developing and maintaining management tools, consolidating indicators, and contributing to the prioritisation of activities and projects, to ensure a coherent overall vision for decision-making
  • Support managers in operational and organisational monitoring, providing a cross-sectional overview of activities, identifying risks, dysfunctions and improvement opportunities, and proposing appropriate measures
  • Assume functional responsibility for quality and risk systems, as the ISO 9001 correspondent and risk manager, managing business processes, monitoring improvement actions and coordinating the internal control system (ICS)
  • Organise, structure and harmonise the section’s information and documentation, ensuring traceability of decisions and facilitating the flow of information and coordination between departments
  • Carry out cross-sectional mandates and contribute to projects, representing the section’s needs and ensuring their consideration in ongoing work

What makes you unique

  • University degree at bachelor level (economics, political science, business administration, international relations or possibly a technical field) or equivalent qualification; experience in a coordination role as well as training or experience in quality and risk management is an asset
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and organisational skills with a strong solution and results orientation
  • Very good communication skills, cross-functional coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Autonomous, proactive, structured person with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of a second official language
