Desired Profile - You have confirmed experience in the restaurant or luxury hospitality sector. - You handle stress calmly, even during peak hours. - You supervise your service with rigor, precision, and attention to detail. - You have excellent culinary and oenological knowledge. - You establish a warm and refined client contact. - You supervise your work with a team spirit and great adaptability.
