You establish a clean and organized work environment at the end of the service. You supervise and mentor Apprentices and Trainees under your responsibility. You ensure the proper execution of plating in accordance with the house’s requirements. Profile soughtYou have successful experience in high-end gastronomic or hotel environments. You handle the various cooking and plating techniques with ease. You establish an effective and positive communication with your team. You supervise your station with rigor and attention to detail.
