* Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations
* Greet and assist visitors to the office
* Coordinate meetings and events, including logistical arrangements

Description du profil :

* Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
