Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the institution. In this capacity, the Nursing Department has oversight of all nursing care activities and various health professional sectors. To fulfill its mission, it relies on three areas of expertise: quality, sustainability, and digital; clinical and professional expertise; management. As the assistant to the Head of Block Nursing – 80%, you provide essential support to the Head of Nursing. You ensure the smooth operation of the department by managing schedules, messages, and priorities independently while preparing the necessary files and materials for decision-making. You coordinate a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, organize high-level meetings, and draft reliable and confidential minutes. You also ensure follow-up on departmental matters and manage the arrival and departure of personnel, ensuring a professional welcome. As a key interface for the management, you relay information clearly, participate in certain meetings, and help maintain a smooth communication flow within the team. You organize professional travel, support internal events, and ensure compliance with protocols. You participate in the follow-up of cross-functional projects, coordinate involved parties, and handle administrative and financial processes, including expense reports and invoice management. Finally, you guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive information and know how to react calmly to unforeseen events, while continuously developing your skills to support this new and dynamic management.You hold a diploma, either a CFC in business administration or a higher qualification such as a Federal Certificate of Assistant or a similar recognized title. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field. You have an excellent command of written and spoken French as well as very good knowledge of other languages. You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and are skilled in administrative writing and ease of communication. You possess a high level of organization, are proactive, resourceful, have a good sense of priorities, and are an autonomous, rigorous, and precise person in the tasks entrusted to you with a keen sense of detail.Additional information: The workplace is within the surgical blocks, which requires maintaining the sterility of the environment, for example, changing to wear block attire each day and when entering and exiting the blocks, and avoiding excessive jewelry or false nails.
