Casexpert 360° supports people in professional integration. Our team of 23 employees brings together specialists in integration, teachers and the administrative department — and it is this last one that we are strengthening today. We are looking for a versatile, rigorous and trustworthy person, ready to play a central role in our organisation.
Your tasks
Accounting
- Entry of routine accounting entries
- Monitoring supplier / client invoices
- Preparation of closings (fiduciary)
Human Resources
- Administrative management of personnel
- Monitoring absences, holidays and hours
- Preparation of salaries and social insurances
Training
- Supervision of an apprentice (admin department)
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Experience in accounting entry essential
- Federal diploma in finance / accounting (advantage)
- Knowledge of Swiss HR and social insurances
- Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Tipee appreciated
- Rigour, discretion, autonomy, team spirit
- Fluent French
