Casexpert 360° supports people in professional integration. Our team of 23 employees brings together specialists in integration, teachers and the administrative department — and it is this last one that we are strengthening today. We are looking for a versatile, rigorous and trustworthy person, ready to play a central role in our organisation.

Your tasks

Accounting

  • Entry of routine accounting entries
  • Monitoring supplier / client invoices
  • Preparation of closings (fiduciary)

Human Resources

  • Administrative management of personnel
  • Monitoring absences, holidays and hours
  • Preparation of salaries and social insurances

Training

  • Supervision of an apprentice (admin department)

Your profile

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
  • Experience in accounting entry essential
  • Federal diploma in finance / accounting (advantage)
  • Knowledge of Swiss HR and social insurances
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Tipee appreciated
  • Rigour, discretion, autonomy, team spirit
  • Fluent French
