Board Secretary & Legal CounselThe Ethos group consists of Ethos, established in [year], and Ethos Services SA, founded in [year]. Ethos brings together more than 250 pension funds and tax-exempt Swiss institutions. Its goal is to promote socially responsible investment and to foster a stable and prosperous socioeconomic environment. Ethos Services SA provides consulting services in the field of socially responsible investments. It offers socially responsible investment funds, analyses of shareholders' general meetings with voting, a program X with companies as well as environmental, social, and governance analyses of companies. Ethos Services SA is owned by Ethos and several members of the board.In the context of developing our activities, we are looking for a Board Secretary & Legal Counsel for our Geneva office, 100% with a start date to be determined, with missions to:- Assist the presidents and the director with the tasks of drafting and monitoring the board meetings of Ethos and the general meetings of Ethos Services SA- Manage official documents- Review contractual documents- Advise on corporate law and shareholder lawYour profile:- Master’s degree in law (MLaw) awarded by a Swiss university or an equivalent recognized title in Switzerland, with a specialization in corporate law- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal function, consulting experience required- Proficiency in spoken and written French- Good written knowledge of German and English- Proficiency in office tools- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and legal writing skills- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibilityWe offer:- A pleasant work environment within a growing company dedicated to sustainable finance- Possibility of partial telecommuting- Opportunities for continuous education- Very good occupational pension conditions (LPP) on the full salary, with 2/3 covered by the employer- Additional accident insurance covering care in private clinics- Reimbursement of public transportation subscriptions in Geneva and secure bicycle parking at the workplaceYou will find more about us at [website]. jidcb297c3aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
