Ittigen, Switzerland (remote work possible) | What you can contribute- Analyze and interpret surveys and data concerning forest economics- Answer business economics questions related to forest management (forest owners, forestry companies)- Support and develop forest economics monitoring- Design measures under the integral policy for forests and wood of the Federal Council and implement them- Develop decision-making bases, reports, and texts intended for the authorities- Collaborate with cantons and associations as well as with other federal services (in particular the Federal Office for the Environment)What makes you unique- Higher education degree (bachelor or master) in forestry, forest sciences, and/or economics with a specialization in business economics; good knowledge of other fields- Knowledge of accounting (balance sheet preparation, analytical accounting, business controlling)- Experience in project management and controlling- Ability to analyze and clearly formulate complex issues as well as to develop and implement solutions- Committed and high-performing, team spirit, sense of responsibility- Ideally, knowledge of administrative and/or political or economic processesIn a few wordsJoin an interdisciplinary and diverse team and develop bases and procedures concerning silvicultural structures and processes to ensure the implementation of the integral policy for forests and wood of the Federal Council.
