Bern, Switzerland (and work from home) | What you can contribute- lead, in close cooperation with the actors of the health system, the areas of activity related to the digital transformation within the framework of DigiSanté and the Swiss Health Data Space, concerning interoperability, interfaces, and transactions- develop, submit to a voting procedure, and deploy new FHIR guides and expand their content- program and establish implementation aids: connectors, libraries, and APIs- support the implementation of ongoing or new health projects concerning interoperability and the digital transformation according to the end-to-end principle- lead and plan in the long term the coordinated development of binding standards in terms of technical, syntactic, and semantic interoperability, and ensure the management of the various stakeholders- participate in drafting proposals to the Federal Council and provide internal notes and summaries for the bodies of DigiSanté, the General Secretariat of the Federal Department of Home Affairs, the Federal Council, and ParliamentWhat makes you unique- degree in medical informatics, health management, or a related field- several years of experience in the health system as well as in its digitalization and its transformation, as well as in the field of data and standards at all levels of interoperability- several years of technical and specialized knowledge of the three levels of interoperability (technical, syntactic, and semantic), in particular of the HL7 FHIR standard and standards in the health sector- knowledge in the development of software and connectors and libraries, APIs as well as terminology and FHIR servers, as well as in the field of standards and interoperability; familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework of the Swiss health system- ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions; excellent team spirit and strong communication skills- active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the thirdIn a few wordsWhat we offerWorking for SwitzerlandWe are committed to the success of the Swiss model and to the well-being of diversity on a daily basis.
