We are looking for one of our clients, a watch manufacturing company based in the Canton of Geneva, a Scheduler (M/F). Your mission: Ensure compliance with management processes, ensure the updating of master data and monitor its relevance, contribute to the gradual introduction of new processes in collaboration with the various stakeholders involved, monitor action plans in the various interfaces with production to ensure delivery objectives, lead steering meetings and communicate priorities, analyze load/capacity and propose adjustment actions, participate in finding the required technical solutions: proficiency in standard tools and an ERP, SAP, strong listening skills, great ease in conducting meetings, proactive, analytical spirit, and synthesis. Your profile: HES engineer or ES technician specialized in logistics/production or equivalent, desired experience in scheduling or production in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking.
